  • When do you set up and pick up?

    We typically set up in the morning between 7-12 and we will come pick up after your event is over. Note* please contact us if you require a specific time frame.

  • Do you only service Calgary?

    We offer free delivery within Calgary, but also service surrounding areas! Please contact us for details on delivery fees!

  • Can the Castle be set up indoors?

    Yes! The castles can definitely be set up indoors. please ensure you are aware of the height of the ceilings at your event space prior to the install date.

  • Will the Castles be clean?

    Of course! We clean and sanitize our castles after every rental.

  • What form of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards. We will also accept etransfer and cash.

  • What surfaces can you set the castles up on?

    We can essentially set up on all surfaces, other than rocks as they will wear through the vinyl material.

  • Is there a weather policy?

    We recommend having a back up location in the case of inclement weather. The castle cannot be set up in the rain or high winds (winds/gusts in excess of 24km/h).
